People of Earth! Are you fascinated by the exploits of Han Solo, Darth Vader and the space battles that took place in a galaxy far, far away? Then a traveling exhibit at Mulva Convention Center in De Pere might be just what Dr. Spock ordered.

One of the largest fan collections of Star Wars memorabilia in the world is on display through April 27th. And if the Star Trek reference in the previous paragraph made you shake your fist with rage, then this event is for you!

“Unofficial Galaxies” features over 140 pieces of memorabilia from Star Wars films, such as costumes, props, and various replicas. The stockpile was amassed by an anonymous collector who has been accumulating items since 1980.

The collection is not connected to Disney, Lucasfilm, or any other members of the Empire, so you can feel like a bit of a rebel checking it out.

They’re also screening the entire run of the Star Wars films at Mulva’s 200-seat theater, so if you’re like the Drink Wiscosninbly Week in Review Editorial Board and lost the plot after the third movie, this is your chance to get caught up.

There’s no mention of a Mos Eisley cantina replica anywhere in the materials, so you’ll likely have to go elsewhere if you want to grab a few space beers after your visit. But that’s probably for the best. That band only seems to know one song and hearing it on repeat would get old fast.
