Surprisingly, Old World Wisconsin, which is operated by the Wisconsin Historical Society, has an immersive exhibit that could make you rethink your position on old-time educational destinations.
The Brewing Experience is an immersive exhibit that explores Wisconsin’s heritage of beer-making. You see how it’s made, interact with the brewers, and, most importantly, drink it.
Their Brewhouse is where this particular field trip gets fun. This new taproom is inspired by the past, and it’s where you can sample some of the historic recipes as well as other beers. It’s your reward for all that learning.
Old World Wisconsin is located off of Hwy 67, just south of the town of Eagle. The parking lot is located at the front entrance, and it’s free, which your designated driver will surely appreciate.
